My fear is that I will not be able to sleep any without it. it until you feel like the Zoloft is working and you are sleeping well WITH the Ambien.
Ok have had insomnia for over a week - probably more like 2-3 = but the worst the week prior. I started taking Ambien last Wed - first just 2.5 mg - now 5 mg at bedtime and 5 mg after MOTN feeding. IT works for a little (like 1-3 hours) and then I wake up and stay up or sometimes go back to sleep for a little. Just started zoloft 25 mg the past 2 nights and will get to 50 mg in 5 days. My question is when should i get off the ambien - when will I be able to sleep? I get anxiety about the whole sleeping part.
Celexa worked also for a healthy ants but I not maxed out on the ambien and it stopped working. Discontinued the Ambien but thats to drive application months.

I have tried them all. Ambien helped some with sleep, but the side affects were horrible. I got up in the middle of the night and ate, cooked food, and a lot of crazy stuff. I did it with no recollection of it at all. I could have burned the house down. I even ate food I don't even like.
I some people I know that get help with a mucle relaxer and pain med.
